Boarding
- If you check out your pups before the scheduled end date of the reservation, you will be liable for the full amount of the bill. (Including the days not used) **If you are travelling and are unsure of your arrival time back home, please specify when booking that you are adding an extra day for travel time in case of delays. If this is noted, we will honor the travel day and not charge for it if it is not used**
- If you cancel specific days, the full reservation, or change the reservation dates on the day of the start of the reservation, you will be liable for the full total of the original bill.
- If you cancel or reschedule your reservation on the day before the start of the reservation, your deposit will be forfeited. If it is a Holiday reservation, the time frame for this begins TWO days prior to the reservation start date.
Grooming
